44 Years in Business – Bike Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. No purchase or payment is necessary to win.
2. To enter, simply like our Facebook page and comment on our prize giveaway post tagging your nominated person (or their little person), with a comment as to why they deserve a new bike.
3. To tag a potential winner, you must be a Facebook, or Instagram user who is at least 18 years of age, and resides within the UK.
4. If you are nominating a person under 18 years of age, please ensure you tag their responsible person into your comment, as they will be responsible for accompanying them in choosing and collecting their prize.
5. Only one entry is allowed per person. Entries received via agents/third parties or submitted using multiple social media accounts are not permitted.
6. Competition excludes employees of Right-bike or Owens Cycles, their families or agencies.
7. The competition starts Monday 22nd July 2024 and finishes on Wednesday 31st July 2024.
8. The prize is to win a bike to the retail value of £500, or an equivalent store voucher, which can also be used to purchase accessories alongside the bike.
9. Entries will be carefully checked by the Rightbike/Owens Cycles team and the winner will be chosen at random from an auto selector.
10. Rightbike/Owens Cycle reserves the right to share any pictures or posts uploaded on its own social media channels, or website.
11. Entries are only valid if the entry is completed correctly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The judge’s (Rightbike/Owens Cycle’s) decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Submission of entries does not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by Rightbike/Owens Cycle for entries which Rightbike/Owens Cycle does not receive. Rightbike/Owens Cycle shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit.
13. The winner will be notified via the social media platform they used to enter the competition, on Thursday 1st August 2024.
14. In order to receive the prize, the winners are required to provide Rightbike/Owens Cycle with their full name and UK address. Should the winners not acknowledge receipt of their win and provide their full name and UK address within 7 days of receiving notice from Rightbike/Owens Cycle that they have won a prize, we reserve the right to re-issue the prize to another entrant selected at random from all remaining valid entries.
15. The prize is as stated. It is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
16. The winner will be required to have photos taken when receiving the prize.
17. Rightbike/Owens Cycle accepts no liability for the prize received.
18. All data provided by participants will be treated in line with Rightbike/Owens Cycle Privacy Policy here.
19. By entering the contest, you are agreeing to have your submitted name and entry displayed on our website or social media profiles, and used by us for any purpose, at any time, without any fee or other form of compensation.
20. We reserve the right to disqualify users, without notice, and for any reason.
21. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this competition at any time.
22. In order to participate in this promotion, the entrant must accept the terms and conditions of the social network they intend to use to enter (i.e. Facebook). This promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by Facebook. Entrants release Facebook from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with their participation in this offer.
